L'hôtel est remplis d'histoire un lieux magnifique calme et bien situé au coeur de la ville de Sfax. Personnel agréable respectueux souriant malgré qu'on a pas eut l'occasion d'échanger.

Buongiorno,sono tornato in questo hotel dopo non molto tempo,ho trovato un degrado di pulizia da andare via il giorno stesso,la moquette sporca lenzuola sporche che mi sono fatte cambiare,il condizionatore che perdeva acqua che quando passavo mi facevo la doccia, in sintesi hotel che non mi vedrà mai più Buona giornata!!

Centrally located hotel, with big atrium. I stayed for one night during Ramadan, staff very pleasant. Only issue is that the bedroom carpet was very dirty and had clearly not been hoovered or cleaned; suggest hotel management review housekeeping and guests have fit flops with them for use in rooms

hotel is beautiful albeit with few residents was granted an upgrade to a spacious room though no mineral water was provided location was quite dreary if convenient to the the medina virtually no shops open and almost no one was seen walking about ramadan had begun but that could not have accounted for the near- complete absence of people and open stores

As you walk in the hotel seems grand with nice lobby & decoration but there were some complaints as we stayed 1 night & had 2 meals at the restaurant on the ground floor. We had to change rooms as we had a city view-the constant sound of motorbikes was a nuisance, not the hotels fault but with flimsy windows which didn't close properly that was. After 20 mins they showed me another city room but I stated it's the same, after another 30 mins they eventually showed me one which was facing the lobby, 1st floor. But the walls are very thin & you can hear voices fairly clearly, wardrobe doors from other rooms. The meals were extremely average. I came with a group & our fish was burnt black. The breakfast was minimal, a 1-star hotel quality with flies over the pastries.

The hotel is old -fashioned in the best sense - it is clean and comfortable and yet retains traditional values of service and atmosphere. Our room was big with a large bathroom and plenty of hot water. Service was friendly and warm- Imed on reception could not have been more helpful - he spoke good English which was a big asset as our Arabic and French is minimal! He is a really lovely man! The restaurant offers a good choice from simple pizzas to the full fish platter which we thought was terrific value and delicious. The restaurant staff were so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect as you can walk to the port and around town, the Medina and the souk. Louage station a short taxi ride away

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. It is old... It is absolutely filthy dirty... It is a scam... It claims to be a 5 star hotel... Never!!! Check-in was not pleasant as it seemed we were bothering the receptionist... The corridors have dirty old on the floor which needs a deep cleaning... The room was also dirty... The view was obscured by dirty windows... The TV remote was so dirty it was sticky... The AC vent had filth hanging from it... Basically this place needs to be closed, cleaned, renovated and downgraded to a 2 star... Never again will I come there and I will warn anyone I know against it.
