Wonderful experience. Very impressed with the sense of service, attention to detail, and dedication to making the stay very pleasant. Very clean. Excellent food and above all very friendly staff. Making the guest feel most welcomed.

Je regrette juste le fait que nous n’ayons pas le choix du petit déjeuner. On ne nous demande pas ce qu’on veut, on nous apporte un plateau déjà fait pour tout le monde pareil. ( jambon, salade, yaourt, croissant,...). C’est clair que c’est copieux, mais quel gaspillage moi qui ne prend qu’un fruit et du café au lait le matin. Ensuite lorsque j’ai demandé mon café au lait, j’ai du faire 2 réclamations avant d’avoir ce qui me co venait alors que je l’avait prévenu avant ma commande. Une meilleure écoute lui aurait évité de changer 2 fois mon café au lait. C’est dommage de ne pas nous laisser doser nous meme. Sinon à part ce petit détail qui n’est pas à mon sens digne d’un 5 étoiles, j’ai aussi une autre remarque à faire et très importante, je suis allée au centre spa de l’hôtel.. À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT, vous paierez moins chers à l’extérieur. Pour un soin visage fait avec des produits douteux, un soin des pieds inachevés et mal fait, un semi permanent très mal fait !, et d’ailleurs que j’ai du recommencer le lendemain et ailleurs par une vraie professionnelle ! Vous vous retrouverez avec une facture pour ces soins avoisinant les 170 dinars ! Les filles ne sont certainement pas professionnelles c’est sur ! J’ai trop l’habitude de faire ces soins pour le dire. Cela fait la 2ème fois que je viens de cet hôtel et ils ont perdu un peu en gamme, quel dommage

This was a comfortable hotel in the town centre. The decor was a bit tired; not too exciting. Our group meal was filling but also not too exciting. Breakfast was served on the top floor with good view of sunrise but cooking smell from egg station hung round on clothing. WiFi is available at cost.

Golden Yasmin Hotels in Tunisia seem to have too few spoons, so at suppertime guests have to go to great lengths to solve this problem (or go Chinese in their soup-eating habits). Les OIliviers Palace went one step further and not only lacked spoons but also soup bowls at the supper buffet. Maybe the idea was that by the time we had been to half a dozen hotels they thought it was time to give us a little 'extra' challenge to liven up our evenings before we could get down to eating ..... Apart from that: Another fine good value Golden Yasmin hotel, can recommend.

Spent two nights. The staff were nice, had to ask for an iron and ironing board. The room was OK bed not great but could sleep, quiet and fairly clean. The shower was hot but a bit high for the step down getting out. The restaurant was Italian and OK. Not clear on how this hotel stands to the other hotels in the area.

Hotel has good facilities We enjoyed the heated swimming pool and then a massage Hotel is in the centre of town which is well worth walking around. The medina is nearby and is less "in your face" than others we visited. There aresome good restaurants to try as you walk around

My room was clean and very big, the food was nice. The location is top as the hotelis in the city centre. However the service is not 5*. I called the receptionin the morning to ask for an iron and the agent informed me that there was no one available to bring it to my room. So I asked if I could take it by myself from reception but he informed that hewasn't sure if the iron itself was available and that it would be better to call at 7.00am to ask again. I got disappointed and didnt call back. No one helps getting the luggage to the rooms. It was disappointing, overall.
