Asia Hotel Hue

Nice condition

A very good location and quite a big and clean room. The poolwater was greenish though and the staff confused about the rules, to say the least. For example they gave us the coupons for breakfast twice and TWICE called almost at midnight to say that they take away the coupons as breakfast is not included in the price.

Pros: It is a comfortable hotel, located on a nice street with restaurants and bars. The breakfast was quite good. The pool was wonderfully cold and refreshing. The AC worked well. Cons: There is a very strange giant window between the room and the bathroom. (there is a blind you can roll down for bathroom Privacy) I couldn't seem to make the shower work properly, it was either ice or scalding, no in between.

This was booked as part of a tour and so I did not personally choose the hotel. It may be I just got unlucky with my room as the door would not lock (they did fix it quickly), there was an actual hole in the wall that went through to outside and paint peeling. Others in the group had slightly better rooms. The bathrooms are traditional with the strange window through into your bedroom. Breakfast was good and varied and the pool was nice and refreshing. WiFi was good and it is in an excellent location.

Great location, right on the Walking Street, but it wasn’t loud at night. Quite spacious rooms.

Weird, aging hotel. Confused staff, we stayed there 2 nights and twice they gave us breakfast coupons and twice they took them back (once calling from the reception at midnight). The pool was old and greenish.

Very average hotel. Our room opened on to a terrace which would have been nice if there wasn't a team of builders 1 metre from our window doing renovations. We asked reception if they could move us but as it was 5pm they told the builders to stop. At 10.30pm the builders were hard at work in the room next door this time. Again I had to ask for them to stop. At 6am we were woken by the builders back out on the terrace. Not acceptable.

Location in the heart of Hue. Staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a great selection of Asian and European dishes and some lovely pastries. Rooms spacious, well equipped and clean. Found the glass window separating the bedroom & bathroom amusing but it does have a screen you can pull down for privacy. Would recommend.

Room comfortable, clean, tea and coffee facilities and 2 water bottles in room, breakfast was good and close to bars and restaurants as well, staff friendly , easy distance to many other tourist attractions

The hotel is located directly in the Hoi An walking street with a lot of bars and restaurants. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and the lobby were clean.

The furniture of the room is very old and shows a lot of wear. This therefore does not feel like a 4 star accommodation. We booked the suite with a bubble bath (it should even have a steam bath), which did not work. You could only take a normal shower or bath. The walls a quite thin and you can hear the elevator running and stopping. Up until 11 pm you can hear the loud music from the walking street, which is expected when staying in a hotel in this area, so no complaint here.
