Great location and clean, good staff, and great breakfast. I marked them down on service due to the wifi on 9th floor.

Comfortable bed and clean room. The WiFi was spotty when away from the room. The roof bar did not exist. The bar on the 7th floor by the pool was nice. Never had breakfast there because it ended to early for me. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice location. Hot shower and air-conditioning worked well.

It was your average 3-star hotel listing to be a 4-star. Everything was average except you are smack in the “European area” because his is where most Europeans and now locals goes to eat, hang out and party...into the next morning. The front desk only gives you 1 keycard which sucks even though we have 2 adults and whenever we leave the room we have to take the “only” keycard out of the power slot which is not so good for the room when you return; as the temperature of the room becomes the same temperature as the outside. I even offered to pay for a 2nd keycard and was immediately rebuffed by front desk with a “NO”.

Room was always too warm. On the last day we sat by the pool to eat something before travelling overnight to find the hotel staffs children all in there. Would not recommend.
