Convenient location...staff were great

Stayed for two nights. Near lotsa food outlets, coffeeshops, etc. Safe enough neighborhood albeit with pushers claiming their stock is from Laos but won't bother you if you say no. No signs of open prostitution either. Room itself is good and value for money. Shower is disappointing as there's not sufficient water pressure and mixing hot & cold isn't friendly. Good overall. Won't mind staying here again. Taxi fare is 40k to the train station.

The hotel itself needs a good refresh. Rooms are ok but when you look into the details you see that it starts to be outdated: painting, curtains, bathroom... It is also very baddy soundproofed. If you are a light sleeper or have a noisy neighbors just call reception they are super efficient. On the good side the service is very good and the location is ideal: lots of restaurants and bars in the street and also some shops and travel agents. Taxi to the imperial palace is about 30,000. In terms of room choice, x09 and x10 are right on the lift lobby. 7th floor is the restaurant and the pool so I would suggest these rooms just below the pool: 602, 604, 606 and 608 (at the end of the corridor by the staircase).

very dirty! when i checked in the room, there are some shirts left-behind from the previous guest. then cockroach are found inside my shoes! during breakfast, lots of ants! the cleanliness is not acceptable. and the pillow is not comfortable. makes my shoulder pain. the lift is so old that you cant use it. the television, is useless. the breakfast is not eatable, the fruit juice is so water....

It was a decent hotel for its price. The location is great for walking aroubd.The perfume river is also walking distance away. The only downfall is the wifi was terrible from our room and they only provide one room key which was really inconvenient when I wanted to go out a little late.

The lobby was hot as well as the hallways. The rooms were fine but need some updating. Excellent breakfast buffet. Very nice staff

The Asia Hotel in Hué is my favorite hotel in VietNam. I have stayed there at least ten times. It is clean, quiet, with a most excellent breakfast buffet. The elevator and the air-conditioning work great. The staff is super-friendly.

Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Conveniently located for restaurants.

Fine location for restaurants, night life and sightseeing. We booked a junior suite with balcony. Recommend a high floor to escape the street noise. Bath came with a dated but luxurious 2 person jacuzzi tub. The lobby is very basic, but we really enjoyed the room. Breakfast buffet was adequate. Two restaurants close by that were highly rated with Trip Advisor.

I stated for 3 nights then another after two nights in halong bay. The first nights I had a basic room and basic it was. Smelled of drains, facing other buildings but clean enough. The final night however I got put in a much nicer room on the 9th floor with views and no smell, very nice room, Shand just for the one night The hotel is in a good location walking distance to everything and nice to not be smack in the middle of the crazy old town. Breakfast is ok but not much to chose from if gluten intolerant as mostly bread based. The restaurant is ok but I wouldn't recommend it. I ate there the first night as I arrived late and had fresh spring rolls which were not very fresh and a basic chicken noodle soup which was fine but nothing to write home about
