"AWFUL!!!"

nothing! the place is horrible... beach is in accessible and dirty we ordered food at 11.30 on the All Inclusive menu and they didnt bring it for us.. we had to wait until lunch to get our food. they made us wait a whole hour for the porter to bring our luggage. the staff was not helpful at all. all in all the experience was awful!

everything about the place is subject to improvement.

The hotel location was very good and the food quality and variety was on point

The staff had no training whatsoever at the main restaurant and the place with ice cream.

It looked nice, and pretty nice location.

There was a cappuccino machine, and when we poured it, it was filled with ants. I hate to say it but we didn’t realize it until after my friend had drank most of the coffee. A very unsettling experience and very unsanitary.

Our view of the ocean was spectacular! It was such a treat to have a quiet, adult onky pool right on the beach.

Breakfast was fairly good, it’s hard to go wrong with eggs and bacon. But the other meals were just okay.

La situation et les chambres tres bien equipees.

Juste l'accueil un peu desordonne. Aussi un souci avec la reservation paiement booking mal enregistree et qu'on a voulu me refaire payer sur place !!
