"Awful hotel."

The service was awful from the moment I checked in. The two managers at reception, who alternate shifts, were incredibly rude to me. I’ve never been treated so poorly in my life. I will never come back to this hotel and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The peace and quiet

A rude staff during breakfast that wouldn't allow me to put ONE sausage on a serviette so i had to rush out without having breakfast

Even though the food changed according to the culture, it wasn’t very impressive, and there wasn’t much variety—every day you would find mostly the same food with only slight changes.

Pyszne jedzenie, wspaniała obsługa - nie krępująca, pomocna, uśmiechnięci, cudowni Ludzie! Ściskam Margaret i Beatrice 😀. Piękne koncerty live wieczorami. Mogłoby być ich więcej, nawet codziennie 😀

Basen mógłby być czynny dłużej.

Great location, right on the beach. Food and drinks are good. Spacious rooms. Staff are friendly and attentive. The all-inclusive is worth the money

Although the AC in the room was working, it could not be adjusted
