The hotel was just Okay, the waterpark attached was a lot of fun. We stayed in the family suite for 2 nights, the door was extremely hard to push open and would not close with out pushing it hard to shut, it dragged really heavy on the carpet in a area that looked like it had, had something spilled and not properly cleaned up. The carpet was in a Very bad need of a shampooing. Walking around with out socks, there were areas that had discoloration that felt rubbery like they didn’t get cleaned properly, and after a shower and walking around for an hour in my bare feet they were so dirty I had to wash them again before bed. The shower/tub was outdated, the grout in corners had permanent mold stains and there was areas on shower wall that had bad flaws, looked like maybe from shelving being broke off? When u raised tub spout for shower mode, it would turn shower on, but not with full pressure, half water stayed running from tub spout during the shower running. Breakfast was limited compared to other breakfast buffets we’ve had at Hotels, but there was enough to get a full belly. We did have to ask them to refill multiple items that would run out and not be refilled without someone having to ask, not only food items but even with silverware and napkins. One morning after refilling Sausage pan (it had been empty for a long time), I heard a lady go back up and tell them it was still frozen…. The waterpark was a hit, so that helped our stay not be as bad as it could have been.

First room they assigned had a toilet that was dirty to the point of unhealthy so I didn’t even set my bag down and returned to desk to get another room- They’re spending money on painting the exterior but the faucet on the tub had a steady stream coming from it even after it was shut off - Condition of 2nd room was only slightly better- bathroom condition is past due for maintenance- grout is cracking, gaps (large enough for bugs to join you in the shower) around fixtures need sealed. Overall condition of interior is very rough and I only stay here because it’s close to my job site- might be considering tent camping at the KOA nearby as I know they have clean facilities.

It was great to find a place to stay nearby cousins cottage in Coloma. The hotel has seen better days and it want cheap. But the beds were very comfortable and the room was clean.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. The building was receiving some repairs while we were there, but it was very clean. Great location and only a short drive from anything you may need. The local restaurants are wonderful. The water park was perfect for us. I would definitely stay again.

There was blood stains on the sheets.

I recently had an excellent stay at Peachtree Inn and Suites, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a perfect home away from home. What truly set this place apart, however, was the helpful and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, offering recommendations and assisting with any requests I had. Their dedication to guest satisfaction made my stay exceptionally enjoyable. I highly recommend Peachtree Inn and Suites for anyone looking for top-notch service and a welcoming environment.

It was an ok experience. This hotel is overpriced but it is the only hotel in Watervliet. Breakfast should be improved if they want to keep high prices otherwise Pawpaw hotels are way much better. They have a play room (arcade, not sure why this is not promoted). The water park is ok but is not inviting by the workers. I felt intimidated to go inside as if I was breaking rules or was not a hotel guest.

The property was taken was over by a new owner and they are not in the process of making the hotel pleasant for their guests. In my opinion they should not have open the hotel up to guest to stay. The floors in the rooms are filthy with spots all over the floor. The tubs were very old and rusted that we could not take a bath or shower with a peace of mind! We asked if someone could come and check the rooms before giving it to us but they wouldn't! I am very upset and dissatisfied! There were dead flies in the dining room. We had to change rooms four times because the rooms were not what we expected. Very frustrating! Rooms, 222, 221, 300 and 308 were not equipped with a microwave, phone, the heat equipment did not blow out hot air, curtains falling down, ants in rooms. When they gave us another room, 300 someone was in it! Cans around over the place and the beds was not made. Pool or hot tub was down due to maintenance. Everything was not in place as described on your site! Not happy at all!! I want a refund on our stay.
