"Nice hotel, great location but let down by the aircon"

Great location - less than 10mins from airport. Close to bus routes into Palma

The AirCon is very poor. Didnt work At all one night and only barely the next night. Sleep was not easy. The outdoor pool closes at 6pm and the spa at 7pm. Far to early when it is daylight to 10pm and 25c+. It seems to cater more for all inclusive guests.
