Sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück bei dem auch ein Veganer etwas findet, gute Lage (kurzer Weg zur Playa und zur Bushaltestelle mit Bussen nach Palma oder zum Flughafen)

Die gesamte Unterkunft könnte eine Renovierung gebrauchen besonders die Zimmer und die Lobby, das Abendessen bzw. Essen generell war leider von der Auswahl und Qualitativ nicht sehr gut, es wurde jeden Tag lautstark Musik am Pool gespielt die man auch laut im Zimmer gehört hat, die Klimaanlage hat mehr schlecht als recht funktioniert

Чудовий відпочинок у Hotel Ilusion Calma & Spa! Готель має дуже зручне розташування — поруч із пляжем, магазинами та ресторанами. Номери чисті та комфортні, прибирання проводилося регулярно. Персонал привітний, уважний і завжди готовий допомогти. Особливо сподобалася зона спа та басейн, де можна чудово розслабитися після дня на морі. Сніданки були різноманітними та смачними, кожен міг знайти щось на свій смак. Атмосфера в готелі затишна та дружня. Із задоволенням повернулися б сюди ще раз і рекомендуємо цей готель усім, хто планує відпочинок.
