Fort Street Accommodation

Staff are friendly and helpful. Building is quite run down. Room was adequate. Linen not particularly clean. Very noisy from the street as it looks over a number of bars. Perfect place to stay if you need somewhere to crash at 3:30am after a night in town. You get what you paid for.

Room was nice, service a bit hit and miss

Room was so dirty, I wiped a wet wipe on the wall and it was black! Shower was mouldy, pipes rusty, wall ripped above sink where there used to be a mirror. Room stunk like musty old socks. Ventilation in bathroom didn't work. Bed sheets stained and there was a hair on the pillow. Totally disgusting... Didn't stay the night I felt sick!!!

i personally would never recommend this place unless your super desperate for a place… there’s no parking, the rooms smell strongly of pee, the shared bathroom lights don’t turn on, toilets don’t flush, sheets had multiple rips and stains, pillows were yellow and i could go on but that’s the main issues other than that the wifi is pretty good and checkin person was really nice.

Convenient location, basic but suitable accommodation for what we needed for the weekend.

The entrance in was lovely, staff were friendly. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not good at all, I went and brought janola to clean it so we could shower. Take your own blanket and pillows!! At the end of the day you get what you pay for so it’s on me for booking very cheap accommodation in the CDB.

I would only recommend staying here if you need a place to rest your head for the night. The staff are lovely, but the place is in need of significant renovations. I'm also still waiting on a refund which made for a disappointing stay.
