"Not satisfied"

We paid online, was asked for a different card to hold $150 for damages if they accorded. But now there is now a 10 day hold on our debit card. Why? I'm sure they knew the next day we didn't damage the room or stole from them

I don't like the fact that the staff doesn't really like guests to take food to their room and eat and the way they sit there and watch you
