Very clean and updated room.

The rooms were clean. Renovations were being done, but it didn’t disturb us. The price was good for what you got. Staff were helpful/kind.

The breakfast was just average. The area wasn’t very nice.

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn East in Indianapolis and was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. The property is currently undergoing major renovations, which were not disclosed at the time of booking. There was blue painter’s tape on almost every door, and the hallways looked unfinished. It felt more like a construction zone than a hotel. The bathtub in my room was cracked and not clean, which was unacceptable. It hadn’t been properly maintained or checked before my stay. I appreciate the fact that the staff were friendly and tried their best to assist, even though they were working with a difficult situation.

Our stay was phenomenal. Breakfast was amazing

Web site said pet friendly went check in wouldn’t except pets. Manager was rude when tried to explain web site said pet friendly he said he didn’t care they don’t take I should complain to comfort inn
