Clean and quiet

Super Thin Walls, could hear child crying upstairs 1/2 the night. Also the AC unit was louder than expected. Woke up with major congestion probably due to the dust that thing put off. Clearly the filter or unit isn’t being cleaned regularly. Overall the property is okay, but it’s way overpriced for what it is. A glorified Holiday Inn Express. They think just because they put a 70” Smart TV in the room that automatically makes it worth $200 a night stay…. NOT

The area is too dark at night. There are homeless people close by.

Great location

Was supposed to be dog friendly. Staff was rude and very judgmental from registration through out the entire stay. Intake clerk said “Oh we are changing that”. Onsite breakfast was cold and usually empty even at 7am. I accidentally spilled a little syrup and tried to wipe it up but the was no cloth. I tried napkins but of course it made it worse. Before I could request help from the girl who was supposed to be monitoring the area she came out and said. “Oh My God, I can’t believe this!”

Fairfield rooms are worth the price. Staff have always been at exceptional standards. I forgot luggage, and they reached out to me before I realized it was missing.

Fairfield's needs a spa, or hot tubs. It's the only thing missing

I have stayed here before and it was good but this time got a suit ( cost more) and too many things in room were broke. Shower doors would not stay closed while showering. Heater broken. Coffee maker broken. Charged for balcony but not a balcony anywhere on the building. When I let the clerk at front desk know she just smiled and said she would let maintenance know.

La Quinta is the one we always consider to stay our trip with 2 dogs. They have been a dog friendly hotel for a long time. But we were informed that starting 10/01/2023, policy will be changed and no longer accept 4-leg guests.

This is 4 minutes from Kaiser Permanente Fresno, so a very convenient location for me Staff was super accommodating and helped me store my bike for a few hours after I checked out so that I didn't have to risk leaving it on my car. Clean rooms and breakfast provided.

Shower pressure was nonexistent - practically a drip. It's under construction. The area isn't unsafe, persay, but near a busy road that can be a tad shady.

REnovations going on so hotel windows were dirty. However, the most disappointing part was that the hotel staff were very non-attentive. When I asked them to help book me a taxi to the airport they responded that this isn't something they can help with! As an international traveller I felt this was really unhelpful. I couldn't get the phone in the room to work for an external call so had to use my UK mobile and find the taxi myself. Having travelled extensively in the US this is the first time that a hotel has refused to help with airport transfers. I won't be staying again.

The room was clean and the few people I dealt with were very nice. BUT the TV didn't work, not much pressure from the shower which only got luke warm at best. "Breakfast" was saran wrapped bread slices and bagels, do it yourself waffles and corn flakes. Again, it was clean and quiet but definitely underwhelming.
