Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Fresno Riverpark

Room was spacious, the attendant who checked us in was ver professional and has excellent customer service. We would stay here again. It’s walking distance to Kaiser hospital where my mom is at. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The room was very nice and clean. I would have given it a higher score but I had to check out a 2 am because of all of the noise. People on my floor playing very loud music, talking very loud, running up and down the hall and slamming doors. When I checked out I told the clerk and she really didn't seem to care. She was polite but it seems like there would have been some sort of concern.

We arrived about 3 in the afternoon, and asked for as upper floor. We were informed the only room clean was 103 bottom floor. When got inside it was a handicap room and with that in mind the shower got water everywhere. In the sleeping area next to the fridge and towards the window there was a wet spot about 5x3 on the carpet. Also during the night there started to be a musty like smell in the room.
