Red Roof Inn Caryville

Staff was friendly. Convenient to I-75.

There was actually garbage in the garbage can when we got there. And, outside so nothing to do with the hotel, but everything to do with the location, at least three times throughout the evening and night, it sounded like repeated gun fire. We are hunters, so we DO know the difference between a car backfiring, fireworks, and gun fire. It was just scary and we sat crouched, waiting for sirens and bullets to come through the windows.

Front desk staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. An awful amount of street noise though.

Close to where I needed to be near Jacksboro Middle School.

There was a spot on the curtains, looked like blood but probably chocolate from some kid's hand...

I was highly upset with how dusty it was our chair in our room looked like a cat scratched it up the place looked ran down for $75 it definitely was not worth it the door that went to a room next to us was taped up with tape

First room had bedbugs, staff was nice and the second room was clean and bug free.

The water pressure in shower was amazing, the extra towels in room was placed nice and neat. Staff seemed nice.

Their was some hairs on sheets and pillow cases, and filth under furniture. the biggest issue was the people that come out after dark in the neighborhood makes you feel unsafe.

The room was smelling cigarettes. I have bed-bug bites all over my body. I had two beds in room, I couldn't slept all night because of constant bites and scratching. Gladly my towels were changed daily and room was made daily so that was good. But then there was note on the table that asked to leave tip for the person taking care of room everyday. I would have left a tip even without that note, but for someone who had to go to college all weekend, dealing with long assignments only coming back to sleep on a bed-bug infested bed, I choose not to leave the tip. Sorry "James".

it is an old hotel, buy for the price wea very good , cause everything was spotless clean.

Nothing could not check in

Check in was impossible they were in process of remodeling and painting could not get in office safely because of scaffling and tarps in front of motel. Got there 7/26/2024 at 7PM. Had to drive two more exits to find another Red Roof Inn
