The counter help , he was rude and lied to us and not helpful at all he cost me around 300 extra dollars because I had to go to o next town by cab again and get a different hotel room, and it costed me more and the cab rides cost more I went from walking distance too where my truck was being repaired to a 10 minute cab ride twice both ways after a hour cab ride the

I was giving my first room smelled and I pulled the covers back and found bugs in it then I was giving a second room a little better a little cleaner just not the quality I expected oh and all box springs looked like the belong in a homeless shelter.
