“The preemptive charm offensive hotel”, From the minute you arrive until the second you depart the lovely staff drown you with their affection and hyper attention, except that underneath it all there is incompetence coupled with severe denial about all that is dysfunctional in this establishment. Many repeated “gentle complaints” were registered about ants infestation everywhere, and in your bed -that can be a problem- , the water leak from the full of mold shower area to the dangerously slippery bathroom floor, the non-existant wifi they kept insisting it worked when it didn’t even if you demonstrate it to them, the carelessness of housekeeping whether about cleaning or replenishing towels-shampoo-coffee capsules… The housekeeper forgot a whole bag of dirty laundry collected from my room and other rooms for 2 days. The swimming pool, where they upkeep a maximum security system of accounting on how many towels you’ve borrowed, is great for it’s filled with sea salt water but the flooring around it is alarmingly slippery. The poorly displayed breakfast is run by staff who insist that your tea water is hot when it’s not. Now remember that we’re talking about a 325 euros a night kind of hotel room. With cold led lighting only appropriate in a hospital surgery room, electrical sockets hanging from walls along with wires loose dangling. Not to forget mentioning the cobwebs in every corner and balconies that have not been cleaned from mud since last winter. pics attached.

Truly a lovely property in the beautiful island of Paros. The room was absolutely adorable and the view was amazing. Lovely salt water pool as well. Highly recommend the property for your stay in Paros. Wish we were there for more than 2 nights.

Location: The property is not in the main town. However, it is only a very short drive, or bus ride away. You will need to rent a vehicle to get around. The hotel provides free shuttle but it is not frequent by any means. Hotel: The hotel was located in front of the sea, which was a treat to see every morning. It is very quiet and relaxing and you really do feel like you have your own private space. They upgraded us to a nice bigger room without charge. They were very nice to do that for us. We loved the rooms, and the bed was very comfortable. Staff; The staff are excellent. They responded to every request we made. Food: Amazing. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Facilities: Thought we didn't really take advantage of the pool as we would have liked, the tanning beds and cushions by the pool were plenty and made it extra relaxing. The Hotel is by no means 5 Star like the Four Seasons. It is located on Island with limited resources (water etc.) however you will still love your stay.

The property is nice and well kept. My room was spacious and clean. The closest town Parikia is a few miles away and a taxi can take you for 10 euros. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service twice a day which is nice. The only let downs were: 1. The breakfast. Runny scrambled eggs not appetizing at all. I found some of the bake goods stale. The buffet is setup in an open area and attracts tons of bees. We found dead bees inside the honey jars. 2. The Spa/Gym: This property is being advertised as a Spa and i dont think that is the case. They have a small area dedicated to the gym with rusty equipment and a tiny room for massages. My stay was ok but this is not a 5 star hotel maybe a 4.

Excellent place for anyone wanting to visit Paros. The facility was impeccable and the service excellent.

The staff was very helpful, food was great and our room had a great view.
