One word to sum it all: outstanding. Great property, lovely location, wonderful staff, an excellent deal for the money. We stayed 6 days and I wished we could have stayed a couple more. The hotel is located on a hill overlooking the sea, some 10 minutes driving from Parikia. Great views from your room and pretty much anywhere in the hotel. The staff is super friendly: they give you all the info you need and more, and go out of their way to make sure they help you to make your experience absolutely enjoyable. Breakfast is very good, rooms have plenty of light, are spacious and fresh (they make great use of the sea breeze to keep rooms naturally cool),

This is a beautiful, clean resort with great amenities but what makes it special is it’s outstanding staff. My husband and I travel extensively, and never have we experienced such a warm, caring group of people. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Special mention to Fafa and Antonio who made us smile daily. These two young staff members were especially kind and genuine and a real asset to the resort!

My husband has trouble waking up and we had he furthest of the rooms up two step of floors. We kindly ask the manager if their was another room which she declined to offer unless we paid more which we had paid already a high price due to the season. Rest of the staff was pleasant and breakfast was great. Need to be careful with pool I changed the white swimwear and they did not help us when that happened
