Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Chesapeake Suffolk

VERY LITTLE water pressure at the bathroom sink. Toilet did not flush the first time it was used and never worked the whole 1-night stay. 2 Adults and 3 kids. UNEXCEPTABLE! Hotel said that they would get it fixed. NEVER DID! When we complained it was like they knew the room and the problem.

Toilet wasnt clean, tub was fine but room had an odor of cigarettes.

This particular hotel is my favorite place to stay, when visiting the area. Nice and always comfortable.

Non ci hanno mai pulito la stanza o fatto i letti , il ragazzo ci dava solo asciugamani e carta igienica. La piscina non era pulitissima e la palestra un po’ trascurata

The staff was warm and friendly. The room was s0acious and very comfortable.

They didn't have the full-size carts to h3lp with the luggage. I had to make several trips to the car to get unloaded.

The indoor pool was not working, which was one of the reasons I wanted to stay at this hotel. Also, there was mold in the caulk inside the tub that can easily be fixed by cutting out the old caulk, let the area dry completely then redo it with caulk that is 100% silicone. It is waterproof, and infused with mildewcide or biocide to kill mold and mildew spores. This fix costs less than $10!! Then, there were people running up and down the hallway as though they were outside. The associates at the front desk EXCELLENT!!
