Excellent location close to Salamanca market, cafes and restaurants-all within walking distance

Very comfortable and had everything you need for a short stay.

Location: close to Salamanca Square and walks to Sandy Bay Yacht Club. The quiet location. Good for sleeping.

The kitchen and shower taps were stiff, so when turned on, release a gush of water. The shower floor is slippery when wet, but the shower head delivers water all over the shower recess and onto the floor, as the screen is not wide enough to stop it. One of those non-slip rubber shower mats inside the shower would avoid potential falls.

Located in easy flat walking distance to Salamanca Place and not too far away from the CBD. (15 mins enjoyable walk) Not more than 15 minutes drive to the MyState Bank Arena. Plenty of options for eating out close by in Battery Point and Salamanca Place. Rooms are very comfortable with opening door to outside balcony for the Tasmanian fresh air. Kitchenette is equipped with basic items for cooking or reheating meals. Great sized shower with good heat and pressure. Bed was very comfortable. Off street parking on the property was good, close to the front entrance.

Early risers in the room above woke us up at 5am for two mornings and they seemed to be opening and closing every drawer multiple times!

The staff was awesome

Thoughtfully equipped kitchenette. Lovely bathroom. Very comfy bed.
