Clean

As a solo female traveller booking months ahead, i was placed in a room with no capacity to enjoy natural light and my balcony. It faced the corridor and lifts. I had a big window with curtains along a hallway used by guests. I was told the hotel was full when I asked to change to what I had booked. I can guarantee that the hotel was not fully booked when I committed my custom to them months ago. This is the discrimination shown to female solo travellers and possibly Booking.com bookings too.

"Tired but still has a heart beat"

The elevator to our third floor room , nice restaurant and bar area located at the front of the building, staff are very friendly and helpful , big room with nice balcony to sit outside , big buffet breakfast plenty of different kinds of food and drinks

The hotel is getting very dated now, I did notice that they are doing up some of the pool side rooms, the sewage smells coming out of our shower, toilet doesn’t flush properly, we had a room facing the street at the front of the hotel, could be very noisy till midnight and started up again around 6am
