Staff

Location was excellent and close to shops garlic lane.

We were in a back room kept getting woken up all hours of the night by Roosters at the back of the hotel. Pillows were lumpy and high.

Great location. Family room was a good size. Don’t try to book interconnected as they only have 2 available in the entire hotel. We were initially stuck in two separate rooms that were not next to each other. Had to pay to upgrade

The pool. Only about 5 sun lounges with no cushion. Don’t book if you want a holiday by the pool type holiday. Breakfast was the worst we had seen. Went once and never went back.

Great location and staff

It was cheap and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was too hard and the pillows were not soft. I had difficulty locking my door on many attempts. People are around the pool area and the empty plates and glasses sat there for ages not enough staff on to keep the place clean . My beach towel was wet and I asked to swap it for a fresh to and I was told “No’ maybe get some more towels. I waited 25 mins for a staff member to bring me a towel at the upstairs pool area again get some towels.
