Super clean smelled amazing and the beds were soooo comfortable! We were on a mommy getaway and this place had everything we needed

There should be am all inclusive option. But we were satisfied with everything!

It was very pretty and the staff was very friendly.

I just didn’t like that my room didn’t get cleaned after I put the sign saying I wanted it cleaned and we only got 2 bottles of water for the entire 3 days we were there.

Location

They processed duplicates charges. When I called to dispute the charges, they said they will call me back. I am still waiting for the call. It is sad to see how this place is taking advantage of tourists.

Nice location. The lobby was great. The staff were friendly.

When I made the reservation I booked a room with a pool side view and a king size bed (because there were 2 of us). When I checked in these details were repeated back to me and I was given the room key. The room was an ocean view (no complaint) but the bed was a double/queen size. We were so tired we both just collapsed into bed, but the bed really was too small for us and we didn’t sleep very well. I mentioned this at checkout but no accommodation was made for the error, which surprised me given these room rates. I would have expected something as a concession. This is my only complaint. The hotel was otherwise fine for our stay.
