"Priced like a resort, run like a Motel 6"

Location

The staff, particularly the front desk, was terribly inattentive. Cash was taken out of my room. I reported it immediately to the cleaning staff manager and the front desk. (Yes, I should have used the safe.). The front desk could not care less. Basically told me oh well. Beach area not so well kept. Beach lounge chairs poor quality. Pool drink and food service not attentive. Go somewhere else: this is well below the standard for a “resort” hotel.
