Heat Hotel

It’s 11pm. I am unable today sleep in the bed because they use fabric softener or something else that’s bad for people with asthma or allergies or neurological issues. I am trying to sleep on the couch with no pillow and no blanket because of the smell but even the couch smells like it was sprayed with fabreez or something similar. My asthma is horrible, I have hives, and my eyes itch and are swollen. The mark on of a poorly managed hotel is this type of complete lack of understanding that a room, especially the sheets and towels should not smell like anything. We booked what was listed as a suite, it’s not. Not only did is it not a suite, it has a shared balcony so we can’t even sleep with our door open. I have never been so miserable and tired and unhappy while on vacation in my life.

Got to the room and there was a big wet spot on the floor by the bed.

Location and the front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating- the young girl especially. We will return.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are awesome. It was easy to get to. It was close to several restaurants, shops, etc. I will definitely be back.

Great location adjacent to the London Bridge. Bar in the lobby. Nice large pillows and comfy mattress. Friendly and helpful staff.
