Heat Hotel

So run down!!! Couch was badly stained, dresser was beat to hell! No bedside lighting in the bedroom and no electrical outlets for phone charging etc. outlets and light switches can’t be accessed from bed. I think Vrbo might be the only way to go moving forward. Havasu just doesn’t have a clue about hospitality.

I checked in at 7;30 pm and there was no one at the desk. I telephoned several times, no answer. There was a “be back in 10 minutes “ sign at the counter. It was after waiting for over 10 minutes I went outside to look for someone, i found Montana the clerk with a man visiting in the patio area. The beds are very comfortable. The tile floor was not very clean. It is a nice location at the bridge.

Overall very nice, but we love when a room has a comfortable chairs in which to read or watch television.

It’s a great location. The staff also went above and beyond for our honeymoon. Thank you so much!

Enjoyed the property view. Staff were great. What I didnt like, was the LOUD noise/banging/walking hard from up stairs guests, late at night
