I liked how beautiful the resort is, Great food everything is walking distance

We had a birds nest right above our patio, Caused a awful order when we had the door open, we had bird feces all over the patio No A/C in the room soust of the time we had to open the patio door. The sink in our washroom was plugged, The water kept backing up eveytime we bushed our teeth Our

It’s easy to check in and the staffs is very friendly, for sure we will come back again

Right in the heart of the village…lots to see and do!

Was good other than someone walked into our room as we were sleeping, which is the second time we’ve stayed there and the second time this has happened so just use the deadbolt.

Stayed this past long weekend and the outside temperature was very hot. The rooms are mot air conditioned. I get that it was built mainly for the winter seasons The room did have a fan. The elevator was making a horrific sound and then it was out of order for the 2 remaining days. The parkade has pallets and junk stored in it. Housekeeping laundry bins left in hallways The property is looking tired. The good is that it wasnt expensive I did think of leaving after the first night

The Sundance Lodge was the perfect place for our stay over the Labour Day Weekend. The room was well stocked with kitchen supplies, tidy and clean. The staff were super helpful on what was a very busy weekend. Only two comments: 1. parking a truck was a bit of a challenge as the underground spots are tight. We have a basic pick up (Silverado with canopy) and it was difficult maneuvering the in the underground unless you could park in a space where another car was not beside you. 2. It was a very hot weekend. The room had a fan in and despite it cooling down considerably overnight there was not much airflow even with the windows open. The hallway was nice and cool and some folks had their room doors open with the fans blowing the cool air from the hall into the rooms. If we were to stay in the summer again, I would select a room with a balcony so the door could stay open as the airflow would be better. There is not much that can be done as it is a winter ski resort and AC is not high on the priority and who knew it would be over 30 degrees every day on the long weekend in September. Other than those to notes, we had a great stay, and would definitely stay again.
