overall very good, air conditioning would be nice and while we were there there was no elevator, clean, good price,no daily room service just 3 in 10 days, but extra towels etc were easy to get

Scenery was lovely, lots of room for my family in town for a rugby tournament

My husband, baby, and dog came to stay one night to celebrate our two year wedding anniversary. We just wanted an easy relaxing night in together. It was a terrible experience. The worst part was that the room was 35 degrees (mid September when it’s cool outside) in the room even at night! No AC, no fan. We slept in separate beds on top of the sheets and barely slept. On top of not sleeping, the washroom was gross. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned in the bowl or behind it. The bathtub hadn’t grime in it. On top of that, the elevator was broken so you have to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs with luggage, a baby, and a 10 year old dog that limps. Annnnnd their parking was full so we had to park half a kilometer away. Annnnnnd the lock was broken so our key worked 50% of the time. We also requested a travel crib that wasn’t there when we arrived. They did fix that for us, but all these details seem to slide through the cracks. I hate complaining but this is ridiculous. I could let one or two of these things slide, but all of them together is inexcusable. The worst night in a hotel I have had! Save yourself the money and don’t go.

We had a wonderful two night stay at the Sundance Lodge. We picked this hotel as it is pet friendly. The room we had was spacious and it is awesome to have the small balcony and kitchen. For us it would have been even better to have one bed in the room and a sofa where there other bed was. We very much enjoyed having the doors to the balcony open and having that outside space. The bed is comfortable and everything is very clean.

The room was a little too hot for us so we ended up sleeping with the balcony door open

Beautiful location. The room was hot and there was no air con but there was a fan in the room. Easy access to restaurants and shops. The parking fee ($24) was waived due to a lift issue.

Parking not great if your oversized 6.5' vehicle Elevator not working apparently for awhile Wife has Parkinson's so should have walked away then Scheduled Power outage Sunday 7am to 8:30 and 6-7 pm Bathtub drain almost completed plugged for shower Bathmat soooooo old the sides looked as if rats had eaten them No AC (which is ok) but room was closed up, no fan and outside temp reached high 20'sC Dated carpet, adjoining room, No reflection in room pricing ??? Sad reflection on Whistler type property. Front desk very Friendly Powder Hounds Restaurant First rate !! Nicky thumbs up!!! Maybe a good place for ski bums not couples getaway! Stay somewhere else in area for now.

Great staff, location, room, love this place.
