Sehr gut und idyllisch

The grounds were beautiful and the staff were really very nice. It is hard to beat the views out the windows. The restaurant has some very yummy dishes (if you eat there and very nice wines as part of the vinyard - sadly, this did not extend to breakfast which was kinda company corporate and 3 star in my opinion). The staff were great at doing things like letting us take the boikes they had available, making dinner reservations, and bookinug us into the golf course next door so that was pretty great. Honestly, this feels like with some updates and a bit more focus on a premium experience (esp for what they charge) this hotel could be utterly spectuacular, so it was feel like a bit of a missed opportunity to be spectacular rather than run of the mill.

As the lunches aat the restaurant were so amazing, breakfast was pretty disappointing and felt like it was nowhere near the same standard as the for cost lunch. Baked goods were store bought and plastic wrapped rather than fresh and the coffee was pretty meh as were the unimaginative fruit salad. Just felt like a missed opportunity especially for the cost of the place. The rooms are dated and in one room we had (the sat tv was not working and not fixed even though we asked for it) and the AC was jammed on at 20C. In the other room we were moved to, the shower did not have hot water, so think they need some work on maintenance and management for the place.

The location is beautiful and staff is super friendly, but crazy expensive for what you get

Beautiful scenery, helpful staff.

Staff was very helpful and fixed the aircon and hairdryer promptly. Cleaning staff did not see the pump for the shampoo is not working and didn't replace it on our second night's stay, fridge was not restocked with water.

Nice big room and the view to the Golf course, good breakfast.

There was no shower by the pool and the check out time 10am.

Location is very nice despite some construction works that were ongoing during our stay causing some inconvenience early morning. No walk possible in the morning on the terrace as they water the plants at 08:30 and not earlier.

Staff were nice but they did only the strict minimum for the guest. Some guests had been welcomed with a refreshment while we were not.
