The size of the room is fabulous ! Very new and comfortable Lovely views

At around 5 am in morning there were either trucks/tractors making a terrible noise that woke us up This was very disturbing Breakfast is very average ! The hot breakfast was poor There can be more towels in bathroom

"Awful stay"

The location would be good but there is major construction 10 meters from the hotel. You need to pass by the whole time, you are looking at it partially and hear it most of the time.

The superior room we had is only accessible through an underground staircase of about 20 steps. As the room is partially underground it is very dark. We were not offered help with our luggages. If you are not very strong and fit you will have difficulties to get your luggage to the room. The room is very old and extremely ran down. See pictures. The AC is hardly working, the balcony must be the same for many decades. You hear everything from the rooms next door, if they walk, hairdryer etc. The shower head is an absolut disaster. The room is looking to the parking and the back of the other rooms. I complained and tried to talk to the manager but she had no explanation to anything and said I should write an email to another manager. The breakfast is the worse I had in whole South Africa in 20 years. They have a brand new golf buggy what they only use for the staff to drive them around instead of the guests for breakfast or to get to the room with luggages. At the security gate the woman in the evening was the rudest to our Uber driver. I had to apologize to him and say to not take it personal. Stay away from this place!
