First of all I want to say thank you to the wonderful manager MR Mohamed Mahmoud he was a really good guy and very helpful , I will never forget him and he is the main reason that I will come back to the Hotel in future. The hotel is very neat and clean , really your eyes won’t see anything not clean or not in it’s place. The public toilets were always clean and shiny even the beach toilets. The free bicycles were great and our children loved it so much we were always using it moving inside the hotel and it was very nice. There were alot of staff everywhere that will help you in whatever you want. They are extending now there aqua slides so it will be much bigger and better and I think after this the hotel will be the best in Hurghada. The kids area also was big and our children loved it.

Sometimes the varieties of food buffet were limited. But Food was always tasty.

Everything was excellent. The resort is beautiful, very clean, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. It was a fantastic resort for families, and my daughter enjoyed every moment of our stay. The pools, activities, and overall atmosphere were perfect for children. I would especially like to thank the Reception Team and the Housekeeping Team for their outstanding service and attention throughout our stay.

Everyone everything was fascinating specially front desk mr Malak he was very helpful . food was perfect many options . piano bar staf no way very decent very helpful i have never seen such lovely people .

Rooms are outdated specially .the bathroom was broken and there was insects specially cockroaches

I liked everything about the hotel. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, supportive, and professional, and the food was excellent. I also really enjoyed the sandy beach. Special thanks to Mr. Milad at the reception for his support, kindness, and professionalism. He was very helpful and respectful throughout my stay.

Nothing but, I think the animation team could improve their activities and entertainment programs.

The facility is good clean , the staff are very friendly and responsive

The food wasn’t as expected , the kids policy is very strict seeking more money
