Very good inside and outside

The staff was incredibly helpful and kind.

We had the most memorable stay at the Sheraton Cascais. From the minute we checked in, we were taken aback by the hospitality and courtesy extended by Marta at the front desk who helped us get the best possible apartment since we had young kids, the no connecting rooms were available. This was far more than what we paid for. We were touched by the staff remembering our son's birthday and sending a cake for him. The hotel is fabulous, has great breakfast, a good Sushi restaurant, and overall a great atmosphere with extremely hospitable staff.

Amazing stay at Sheraton Cascais, great 3 bedroom apartment. Very organised and helpful staff. Horse riding and bike rental nearby. Lovely landscaping. We will definitely be back.

An excellent 5 star, family friendly destination.

I booked a junior suite. Front desk and concierge staff was fantastic. House keeping is terrible. Dirty and sticky kitchen floor, things left remained in dish washer whether washed or unwashed. Water or coffee don’t get refilled everyday. Tap water left overnight has white sediments. Squeaky air conditioning in the living room. Outdoor furniture is not checked and cleaned everyday to remove bird droppings.

The condition of the Premium Apartment appliances was unacceptable, with a broken fan, a broken towel drier, a broken garbage can, a leaky fridge, and a failing AC unit. The response of the staff was slow, so that things were not fixed by the time we have left (3 days later). The receptionist that answered the call after hours spoke English only moderately well, resulting in the wrong response, making things more frustrating. Cleaning staff did not speak English at all. Location was good (car needed). The pool was very nice and the kids enjoyed the activities. Parking was great. Rooms (and the whole complex) were clean.

Hotel staff was great.Grounds and surrounding areas are beautiful and ideal for walking.Maid service was excellent. Bathroom lighting for mirror could be better. Overall,a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent hotel (also large rooms) with good service. Situated in Quinta da Marinha, an exclusive area but only 8 minutes by car (or free hotel shuttle) from center of Cascais and Praia do Guincho, one of the best beaches in the world. Two golf courses at walking distance.

Check in was fine, we arrived before the room was ready by the reception staff mafe us feel welcome and made suggestions for things to do. Our room was spacious and very well equipped, super king bed very comfortable. Pool area was first rate. Breakfast was excellent and restaurant service and food also excellent.
