"Excellent"

Nice hotel, large room. Good level of service except at the bar (orders have to be grabbed at the bar when ready, small pool tables always dirty, no sun umbrellas all broken) and at breakfast (most of waitresses don’t speak English and complex to have your tea within 15/20 mns).

Great hotel and facilities. Buffet breakfast is great. Restaurant in the evenings is OK but from time to time staff need to be a bit more on it! Brave kids club is great and the staff there are very friendly and good with the kids. We have been two years running now and would defo go back.

We loved our holiday at the Sheraton Cascais . Our apartment was excellent and so spacious. The grounds are very pretty and tranquil, and the pool area just lovely. The hotel staff were so welcoming and very eager to make sure we were happy at all times. The surrounding areas of Cascais and Sintra are beautiful.

The staff was very good and attentive. The restaurants had allot to be desired. The breakfast is worth adding on. The lunch and dinner not very good or worth the money.

Amazing family stay! good hotel and great service! Hotel staff well trained and very nice! Hotel facilities are upgraded and very comfortable! Located in one of the best locations of Cascais. Lots of natural greenery! Will come back!
