nice property but staff was constantly confused despite showing email bookings, as our wedding we gave sheraton over 50 rooms of business and they screwed up so many rooms inclkuding the bride and groom.

Beautiful resort. Staff were so gracious and accommodating. We were a very large party coming for a wedding (not held at the resort but locally) and most families were able to get their rooms hours before official check-in time, especially helpful since many were traveling with young children. My own family arrived at the hotel at 9am and were given a room before noon (as soon as they got an early check-out).

Everything about the hotel is wonderful, we had a perfect 5 night break. Staff are friendly and incredibly helpful, it is clean and every little detail has been thought of. Can't fault it!

Impressive on arrival, with a peaceful, relaxing entrance lobby, the Sheraton Cascais resort made us feel at home. The property is well looked after and the suite spacious and comfortable.
