Sheraton Cascais Resort - Hotel & Residences

Very comfortable hotel .staff very friendly and helpful . Good location for exploring Lisbon, Cacais and Guinco coast. Only downside was a very disorganised breakfast buffet had to wait 35 minutes for an omelette and fruit and egg sections often empty and not refreshed

The hotel it self is beautiful but the service is terrible I don't want to go into to much detail except I won't be going back.

I've stayed in this hotel twice 4 years apart and their the best hotel i've ever stayed in. I've been dubai, Paris, Singapore and a few places but the sheer size of the hotel, the staff, the rooms and the area is such a nice thing. Your about 5 minutes from the sea, 8 from the town centre and only 30 from Lisbon at such a reasonable rate. Definitely recommended.

We arrived early, it took a while for our apartment to be ready, the staff were very helpful, drove us to the apartment. The apartment was very spacious 200sqm. The breakfast buffet was very good, if you can get it inclusive of your package its better. We paid approx. €15 per person for breakfast (3 adults & 1 child). There are taxis available about €7 from the town centre to the hotel. You can easily get to Lisbon by train from cascais Station or take a taxi. We had a good time. Taxi from the hotel to the airport was €45.

Great resort, fabulous and friendly staff! Free shuttle to Cascais and beach was great! Resort was quiet during out stay (off season). Very clean room and surrounding areas of the resort.

Only disadvantage is the lack of Wi-Fi service, other than that it is a great facility and services

Swimming pool, gym, not far from the beach, decent service!

Had a fantastic stay at the hotel and enjoyed my stay. An area that they need to improve on is breakfast, where there were limited options and the plates didn't look very clean.

hotel nice rooms. rooms need refurbishing carpet tatty sofas stained put you up beds worn out. Kitchen ok some got toasters some have not. says comes fully equipped it. well its not. had no cutting knifes no frying pan one small saucepan dishwasher with no tablets no drying up cloth no draining board no instructions for induction hob no instructions for microwave no cooking utencels only cutlery knives forks and spoons. This room was for self catering for 6 persons. spoke with hotel desk several times to get rectified. got dish cloths after 5th day and dish washer tablets after 5th day. when checking out reception told us that manager of house keeping said what do they expect us to supply suntan lotion too. well it said fully equipped well its far from that. also it says shuttle bus into town every day. but that's not true you have to pre book it. found we could not use. House keeping sadly takes what could be a lovely resort down from a 5* resort to a 3* resort and giving it 3* I'm being kind.
