Sheraton Cascais Resort - Hotel & Residences

Upgraded to apartment which was lovely All rooms appear to be lacking in essentials such as tea towels washing liquid and dishwasher tablets which as it was self catering was a shame. We stayed 5 days so a welcome pack of miniature kitchen essentials would be good Not close to shops or resteraunts but 6 euros to town so not an issue if you don't want to drive No brooms and some rooms no toaster or microwave Most showers are in the bath not walk in so could be an issue for older guests which we had Hotel and pool beautiful and staff very friendly and helpful Would visit again but be more prepared next time

Fantastic stay - Sheraton Cascais is situated in a very peaceful and tranquil setting about 4 km from the town center. Very nice facilities and beautiful grounds. We were there a little after the busy summer period, so the hotel was relatively quiet. We were upgraded to a lovely ground floor room with a patio looking out to the beautiful gardens and we had a fridge, cooktop and bar sink in the room which was great for breakfasts and snacks. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and overall it was a terrific experience staying at this hotel.

This was a long weekend for us, the staff were very helpful, the hotel is nicely laid out (in a forest and not high-rise) and the area of Cascais was beautiful.

Great stay, hotel, pool and grounds great for a young family with easy access to beaches, town and surrounding countryside.

+Perfect if looking for a family vacation in the middle of a quiet park with swimming pool and not far (10 minutes drive) from Cascais

Nice hotel- staff are superb. Limited facilities and you need a car. Spacious site. Not suitable for older children... also needs a shop on site as many of the properties are self catering.

We had a great time last year but this year we were saddened that the room was not up to par. The room was supposed to be big enough for a family of 4 - the room itself was but the extra bed- sofa bed was t big enough for two children- it was also very uncomfortable. We had to repetitive ask for more towels and the cleaning staff just wandered into the room without waiting for an answer and left old bed linen in the room. Such a shame as we had a wonderful time last year.
