Sheraton Cascais Resort - Hotel & Residences

Wonderful place and location. Opaqued by their poor food offering and mediocre service at their resturant outlets and spa. I highly recommend you bring your own food and cook in your suite or go into town. I would have liked to say they have great food because their restaurants have a nice environment and the hotel is so beautiful you dont want to leave but no. Overpriced, bland and not cooked correctly. Happy to talk to management and give more details.

Really good hotel with excellent helpful staff. Breakfasts could have been better and spa facilities were average. On the other hand, the room was great.

We had a lovely holiday. Nice buffet breakfast and dinner. My kids loved the pancake machine at breakfast. Slight criticism of waiting staff in restaurant, they could have been a bit more attentive but generally ok.

This is the best keep secret in Portugal. If you are traveling with kids this is the best place to stay. Literally 24 min with traffic to Lisbon. 20 min ride to Sintra. Amazing restaurants in the area. Dont buy the all inclusive plan. It is much better to go out an experience the local cuisine. Only thing to take in consideration you have to rent a car to move around.

Pleasant hotel with attentive staff. It's very hard to find and your GPS will not be able to navigate the road closures in the Quinta da Marinha. A few more road signs with directions would help, but once there, it was worth the headache.

Great stay but $200 more expensive than on the day we arrived! Will hold off booking through hotels.com not very impressed!

We booked the hotel in the last moment, after realizing we messed up our reservation for a beach bungalow but still wanted to be close to the Guincho beach. The property is gated, nice and well maintained, it includes the hotel and some residential buildings, staff is friendly and helpful. Depending on your package, breakfast may or may not be included (if not, it is 20 EUR per person). Wi-fi is available for a fee. The hotel has an outdoor pool and a gym, Guincho beach is about 7 minutes away (driving). Overall very happy with our stay.

We loved our stay at the Sheraton Resort in Cascais! Everything was wonderful. The hotel and the room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and was always there to help out. We recommend it be it for business or pleasure. Kids will also love the place.

A spacious hotel with spacious apartment rooms. Very polite, friendly and helpful staff. Meals enjoyable. Service can be slow, sometimes a little frustrating. Pool area nice enough, although more for kids. Area located in is very nice and a free shuttle available to local beaches and town centre. Train into Lisbon is about 35 minutes from Cascais and good value. Overall an enjoyable experience.
