I called the day of about the pool being open. we get there and it's closed for the weekend. that WAS why we booked that hotel. POOL AND HOT TUB. VERY DISAPPOINTED and wasn't offered a discount or anything!

BEWARE! We checked into room 520 on 10/13 with our children only to find a sec toy left under the bathroom sink! Obviously this room was not cleaned properly, or someone was trying to pull a prank. It wasn’t funny at all considering I had my SMALL CHILDREN WITH ME! We were not offered a different room that was clean, only to have it removed immediately. The man working the front deck was appalled and sent someone immediately to remove it,… I just honestly can not believe this happened.
