"Good for one night"

I was a bit worried with the cleanliness when I was having breakfast - the supposed clean mugs had lipstick stains on it. Also the reception staff didn't really have a good attitude, they seemed reluctant to help or even talk to me, but to be fair at the end they did what I needed. Also the WiFi did not work, I was given 2 different passwords and no clue which WiFi to even log onto
