"definitely stay here again when next we visit Nottingham."

the hotel is central and very well placed for the theatre royal concert hall which is only 5 minutes away.the room looked as if it had been redecorated/refurbished. Very clean and comfortable beds. ยฃ92.00 for a twin room with 2 breakfasts I considered excellent value

"Great location"

Really good location, the room was clean, comfy bed and a good shower.

When I phoned up about a potential early check in, the guy on the desk was really helpful. But when I arrived, the woman was completely uninterested, moody and abrupt, not a great first impression.

The location and the room size.

There were no instructions for the phone to reception or the bathroom fan which was noisy I was on 6th floor so not easy to just pop to reception. I mentioned these things on my way out in the evening. I was told the fan goes off on auto at 10 pm but not that it comes on early in the morning which I found out when it woke me at 6.30.
