My family and I visited the Homewood Suites in Frisco for a weekend getaway and a Monday business trip. Dana, the manager at check-in, greeted us warmly and was very cute with our baby, keeping her entertained as we checked in. He kindly gave us a room upgrade for our one night stay, helping us fit a bit more comfortably with the little one. The next morning, we had the best hotel breakfast we have ever had (we travel a lot so that is saying something) complete with build-your-own breakfast tacos. The room (the hotel is undergoing a renovation and we stayed in the non-renovated side...still clean, functional, and comfortable) was perfect for our needs. The pillows and bed comfortable and the water pressure excellent. We were surprised that we were staying on the not-yet-renovated side because it was great as is. I'm sure the property will be even more perfect once the renovation is complete. At checkout, Dana greeted us again and thanked us for our stay. He is the definition of hospitality and you can tell he has been doing this a long time. I'm sure he and the rest of the staff there are the reason this hotel is so well reviewed. Bottom line...if you need a hotel in the area, this is the one.
