It was nice clean quite

This property was very nice and clean. The staff was very friendly and professional.

This was a very nice stay, even though we got a noise complaint 40 min into arriving . This had never happened and I felt a bit uncomfortable after that. The staff made me feel uncomfortable and I will not be recommending this hotel . They should not make complaints if the whole hotel was filled with kids doing soccer tournaments and cheer competitions. We arrived late evening and we were so tired from a 5 hour drive, I was not feeling well and they made my evening unpleasant.

Stayed for 8 nights in February and was charged an additional night due to checking out late. For background, we’ve stayed at this location for 31 nights on separate occasions due to my wife’s medical treatments. While I understand they have a policy to follow, the way it was communicated to us was unprofessional. The front desk employee (Becky) communicated to us in a rude manner, which I understand if it’s on a busier day, but this was a Thursday afternoon that did not have an influx of arrivals. Us being 30 minutes late did not cause any disruption to any other customers. We asked Becky if we could talk with a manager to explain our situation (the prior day we were granted a late checkout by a different front desk employee due to us having a medical appointment). Becky told us there was not a manager available and did not offer any other contact or even to ask us further why we wanted to speak with one (I assume she knew why but her lack of customer service skills shows by not even wanting to engage with us). We had to keep asking her for a contact and she finally gave us the manager’s card. When my wife and I walked away, Becky "whispered" loudly to a nearby colleague saying "those were the people...", basically wanting us to know she was talking behind our back. I emailed the manager directly on 2/18/25 and also through Hilton.com. I still have not received any reply, even though the policy states we should receive a reply within 3 days. My message sent to the manager/Hilton explains in more detail the unprofessional behavior of Becky and I want to make sure it’s known for anyone who stays here, to please be aware and not put up with any disrespect from Becky. Also the lack of even a response from the manager shows how this hotel is truly run.

Everything was good. Friendly staff. Location close to shopping

we have stayed at this property a number of times...this time, we had a poor experience. the toilet ran all night, the people above us were very noisy and the rooms are aging and need updating. upon check out, the lady did not have the courteous to even ask me how my stay was....too bad...we will look to find another property in this highly competitive environment.
