The Front Desk was professional and happy to answer questions. Our room was on the fourth floor; very quiet; the king size bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was perfect. We will definitely stay agaiin.

Staff at check-in was very professional and courteous. Later when my wife realized she had fogotten her contact solution and called the front desk to see if the sundry shop had any, she took the initiative to suggest a local stores that were likely open at the hour of night it was

Dana and Andre where our first experience to the Hotel which in it self was amazing and Dana made us feel welcomed definitely a 5 star Hotel. Anything less would be an injustice . Keep up the good work.

"Don't Know Why The High Ratings"

We had booked this hotel for a five night stay based on all the five star reviews and the distance to our son. Unfortunately we did not see why this property received such high ratings. After just one night stay, we checked out. Our suite had very outdated paint colors, worn out furniture and the bed was extremely soft. The bathroom was not in good working order. Slow drain in the shower, not to mention the old low shower head and very little hot water. Can not recommend this property.
