We loved the staff but no heat in our room!

We asked for the front desk to fix our heat and they didn't offer us a new room that had heat. We were offered only a Blanket and a space heater. We had no choice but to take the space heater. At one point our room was 59 degrees. The fan blew all night. It was 2 degrees in mn. We were not happy.

"Room wasn't what we expected, but everything was clean and staff was great."

Breakfast was good, staff was very pleasant. Set up of bar/breakfast area was nice.

We thought the bedroom was going to be a separate room with a door. The sliding window between the bed and sitting area was strange. Extra blanket was super scratchy. Move the check in part of the front desk away from the door to the far part of the counter. It was hard to hear over people coming in and out, plus it was soooo cold every time the automatic doors opened.
