I liked the free breakfast and the bed was comfortable. The room was quiet and I did not hear my neighbors. The shower pressure was good and the towels were nice. I appreciated not having to pay for parking. I chose to stay here partly due to the free parking...it is important to me.

The breakfast items ran out and it took awhile for things to be replaced (bacon, eggs). It would have been better if there were more than two waffle makers. They were occupied the whole time I had breakfast by young children.

Rooms were nice. Comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great. A lot to choose from. The hotel is really close to the Mall of America, so that was a plus.

"Outstanding shuttle drivers and staff at a great MSP hotel"

We were so impressed with the shuttle drivers at the SpringHill MSP/Mall of America. They are very precise and friendly. We were happy to use the shuttle several times during our 2 night stay during a very cold weekend. We had an excellent stay at this clean, quiet and updated hotel. Thanks also to Becca, Jonathan and Mariam at the front desk.

"Good, morning staff need manners training..."

Rooms are nice!

Certain staff during the day are so rude! Breakfast guy also needs to learn some manners and have hospitality training. Very negative welcome and breakfast experiences!
