"Great hotel"

The hotel was a 20 minute walk from the heart of girdani naxos which meant you were away from the hussel and bussel however there were resurants and bars at the end of street. You could see etna from our room and we were fortunate enough to see it erupt during the night. The property is well maintained with clean spacious rooms. The staff were very helpful and nothing was too much to ask for. There are buses to all other desitanations in sicily just outside the hotel as well to Taromina. Breakfast was great. Definately would stay here again

"Oasis of calm"

Villa Daphne is a lovely little hotel to the west end of Giardini, with easy access from/to the autostrada (if you can spot the signs to Recanati!). The service is excellent, especially from the receptionists, the rooms are calm, and the small pool and garden at the back are very tranquil. Given the opportunity we would definitely stay here again.

"Nice but rather expensive"

Everything was great but considering that Taurmina is the real attraction there I am not sure I understand the high prices in this city which is 10 min from Tuarmina. In addition our room had a "balcony" which was actually a door to the front of the hotel and the street.
