"It was an okay stay"

The price was cheaper than the nearby hotels. The lady who served breakfast was nice. I tipped her. I have tipped very few breakfast-preparers

When we first stepped in there were two receptionists, one man one woman. The man seemed to be the manager, he was NOT friendly, but talked to us, the customers like a we were his disobedient kids. I was like 'what the...' I have travelled many times and stayed in countless hotels. This is ONE star customer service. I will never come back to this hotel NOR will never recommend this hotel to my friend. Maybe, I just thought, this was the reason the price was a bid cheaper than the nearby hotels. There was NO toilet paper holder. This hotel need a few things improved definitely.

"Overall good"

Overall this stay was good ! I traveled with a couple friends and it was only 20 minutes outside of everything downtown Charleston. The staff was super friendly and the hotel was overall pretty clean. it was a pretty busy hotel, so they were not able to give us towels when we needed them but other than that, everything was pretty clean and I would stay here again.

"Roach!"

Nothing! We took a video/pictures of a roach in our bathroom. We packed up and had to drive 3 hours back home. When I informed the front desk and showed them the video no refund was given. I even called corporate No help!!!

Everything was great and satisfying. enjoyed the staff and the facilities. pool was great and so was the breakfast. Beds were comfy and clean.
