"Great hotel, staff, location, onsen and value for money"

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very specious, staff was extremely nice and helpful, onsen was neat, including indoor and outdoor facilities and location is great, just on the lake, with a surrounding forest. There's also a shuttle to town.

The building was a bit old, but it didn't temper with our great satisfaction.
