"Excellent stay"

Very nice rooms with good view of the lake. Great meal in the French restaurant. Nice Onsen overlooking the lake. Fantastic view of Mt. Fuji from hotel grounds in the morning. Easy to travel to major Hakone sights. Free shuttle bus to Odawara Station for Shinkansen trains.

"大浴場も使用者が比較的いるわりには清潔感があり、清掃が行き届いていて良かった。関西の有名温泉地の宿に行った際は自分のスリッパを取り間違えられたり、外履きスリッパのまま脱衣所に侵入する外国人観光客に嫌な思いをしたが、ここはスリッパも脱衣所の前"

九頭龍神社が近くて、散策コースも整備されておりとても良かったです！うぐいすの鳴き声が聞こえて癒されました。

強いて挙げるなら、売店やショップが空いている時間が短い。

"Not satisfied with our stay."

The friendly staff. Onsen was great. Table tennis was great.

Coffee shop did not open until 1030am Three restaurants were over priced No restaurant / bar serving bar food. We had to order via room service and eat in our room. Nowhere to sit and look at Mount Fuji view within the facility, even though it had floor to ground windows. Blood and stains on one of the mattress protectors. The hotel was like a maze so far to walk to rooms. Do not and will not recommend this hotel.

Onsen incroyable, bons restos

Navettes assez espacées pour rejoindre le centre bourg, ce qui est compliqué quand on est avec des personnes qui ne peuvent pas marcher
